We should also immortalize the crisp-ish pictures Joel provided of the previous Cambots for future bot builders here, and what he remembers of their construction:

"The color of the this Cambot is actually from the items used: a few plastic bowling pins (yellow), a doll’s car seat carrier (pink), a plastic sled (orange), and some spray paint to add shadow and texture (black). Cambot’s camera is just one of the actual cameras from KTMA, altered with the tip of traffic cone."

"If you look closely, you can tell that I fabricated this one from the KTMA Gypsy and a plastic dome. (I think it was probably the top to a home popcorn machine.) There are a few other parts in there, but I can't I.D. them anymore. Sorry."

"This version was fabricated from Kenner's Star Wars AT-AT Walker, a flashing light and a dryer hose, and the checkerboard patterns were from decals I got from the Hub Hobby."

Of course he didn't have any insight into the seasons 5-10 version of Cambot, but sounds like he's not a fan of how it seems to just fly without any means of support. It's just a show...
