E-Z BOT REPAIR manual
« on: August 01, 2012, 01:09:09 PM »
I found a white 2" binder with plastic coverings that you can throw custom covers into- including the spine.  I whipped up one of these to put all the screen shots, tips, and instructions I've collected over the years-

I used Perpetua size 300 for E-Z
Britannic Bold size 300 for BOT
and TW Cen MT Cond size 182 for REPAIR
For the spine, I used size 182 for all the fonts

Since I'm not terribly design savvy, I just did it in Word, printed it, cut out the elements, placed them correctly and then printed a final on Grey stock- for both the cover and the spine.  I'll get pictures later-ish.  Now, I know that I don't have the right fonts, but again.. not design savvy.  Anyone have better information on this?  The REPAIR looks like it may have been custom done.  Cheers.

OK- take back everything I said about font sizes.  I ended up doing it all again using landscape- it looks a little better.  Sizes are something like E-Z- 400, BOT- 340, REPAIR- 240.  The spine looks horrible.

100% Pure Speculation:

Supposedly BBI was using Mac's for a lot of their production work (according to the Amazing Colossal Episode Guide).  If that's really true, the fonts could possibly be the ones that shipped with MacOS System 7.1 (since that intro is from Season 5 which dates to 1993).

I tried to use WhatTheFont to identify some of them and came up with nothing :(

List of fonts included with 7.1:

It's been ages and ages, but I've been reorganizing my shop, and finally got pictures of this thing.  The binder plastic has done some weird warping, but that's easy enough to replace.  I've got it filled with the Gary Glover manual, all the stuff from Joe Crow and all the other reference material I found.
